1) Scope
These Terms apply to purchases and use of digital products and services (e.g., online courses, trainings, memberships) offered on SignaFutura.com to customers in the EU/EEA and elsewhere, unless stated otherwise. By placing an order or accessing our services, you accept these Terms.
2) Products, prices & taxes
Key product features and prices are shown on product pages. Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable VAT. The cart shows the total price before checkout. We may update prices, promotions and product details at any time; changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
3) Payments
We accept secure payments via:
Stripe (cards, Apple Pay/Google Pay where available)
PayPal
Klarna (pay later/instalments, where available)
Payments are processed by trusted payment service providers. We do not store full card details on our servers. PSPs comply with applicable regulations (incl. PSD2) and use encrypted connections.
4) Order & confirmation
Your order is concluded when payment is authorised and our system confirms the order. You will receive an email confirmation (please ensure your email is correct). If we cannot confirm an order, we will notify you without undue delay and refund any payment as applicable.
5) Delivery (digital content)
Access to digital products is delivered electronically—typically immediately after successful payment, and at the latest within 24 hours. If you experience delays or access issues, contact info@signafutura.com.
6) Right of withdrawal & refunds (digital content)
We use a customer-friendly 14-day model.
As a consumer, you may withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days from the moment access was granted.
For fairly balancing usage and refunds, we may assess course consumption. If your progress is under 20%, you are entitled to a 100% refund. If over 20%, we may provide a proportional refund or decline if the content has been substantially consumed.
To request a withdrawal/refund, email info@signafutura.com with your name, order number, purchase date and product.
If you prefer the alternative EU model (immediate access with explicit waiver of the 14-day right), we can switch to that later—just ask and we’ll give you the exact checkout text.
7) Events (on-site or live online)
Registrations are binding. If you cannot attend, you may transfer or resell your seat to another person by notifying us by email. Fees are not refunded unless we cancel or reschedule the event. If a minimum attendance requirement is not met, we will cancel and refund your fee in full.
8) Intellectual property & licence
All content (texts, videos, images, code, brands) is protected by copyright and belongs to SJR Consulting Oy or its licensors.
Purchasing grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for your own non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling, publishing or otherwise distributing materials without written permission is prohibited.
9) Service availability & maintenance
We strive for continuous availability but temporary interruptions (maintenance, updates, third-party outages) may occur. We will provide reasonable prior notice for scheduled maintenance when possible.
10) Liability
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, business interruption, data loss). Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the product/service giving rise to the claim.
11) Changes to services and Terms
We continuously improve our services. We may update products, pricing and these Terms. Changes do not affect already concluded orders unless required by law or authority. Material changes will be communicated on the website or by email.
12) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or damages caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters, major telecom outages, war, government action).
13) Complaints & dispute resolution
Please contact info@signafutura.com first—we aim to resolve issues promptly.
Consumers in the EU may use national ADR bodies and the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.
Governing law: Finnish law. Venue is determined by mandatory consumer rules.

15) Subscriptions & auto-renewals (if applicable)
If we offer memberships/subscriptions:
Billing recurs per the chosen term (monthly/annual) and auto-renews until cancelled.
You may cancel for the next billing period via your account or by contacting support.
Partial refunds for an ongoing billing period are not provided unless required by law.
We will notify you in advance of any price changes; you may cancel before they take effect.
